This data set contains service request data from the 311 call center in Kansas City, MO. In March 2021, Kansas City began transitioning to a new record management system for 311 requests, and has created a new dataset published under the name 311 Call Center Reported Issues: https://data.kcmo.org/311/311-Call-Center-Reported-Issues/d4px-6rwg.

This dataset will continue to be updated as departments close service requests in the previous system and will be maintained as an archive dataset after the system is no longer in use.

This dataset contains historical microtransit trips in Kansas City, Missouri on micro-transit devices. The dataset has been processed to protect anonymity by rounding the start and end points (latitudes and longitudes) to just three decimal places - creating a grid effect. The individual path of each trip is not published to protect privacy, just the beginning and end points of each trip.

This is the same processing method used by the City of Louisville, KY for publishing their MDS data.

This is the new 311 call center data from MyKCMO, which replaced PeopleSoft CRM on March 4th, 2021. For now this dataset is updated manually, several times a day.
