Description
Assessed improve value: If there is a building on the lot, the County would provide an improvement value, which is the value of the structure. This value is separate from the value of the lot itself.
Assessed land value: This is strictly the value of the land or lot. There will always be a value for the land, even when there are no buildings or structures.
Exempt improve value: If any part of the structure is exempt, the exempt value would be listed here. There are some instances where only a part of a structure is exempt.
Exempt land value: If any part of the land or lot is exempt, that value would be listed here. Again, there are some instances where only a part of the lot is exempt.
